what payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and interface with most popular payment processor, PayPal, etc.

what are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

is your site secure?

Yes. Our entire site is regularly scanned for any security risks and your online purchase is kept secure by using 256 bit SSL encryption.

do you have a catalog?

Unfortunately, we do not carry a catalog.  New products are being continuously added to our site, therefore, it wouldn’t be practicable to print and distribute a catalog.  Please check our website regularly for price and stock availability.

are the products used or refurbished?

No, the products are not used or refurbished.  They are brand new!

is my order subject to sales tax?

Orders shipped to Tennessee addresses are subject to state sales tax.

do you sell our email addresses?

No, of course we don’t.

do you send samples?

We apologize we cannot send samples.  We suggest that you purchase the smallest quantity available to make sure that the product meets your needs.  If you contact the manufacturer directly, they may be able to send you a sample. Please see our list of manufacturers.

do you accept insurance or medicare?

Unfortunately, we are unable to file insurance claims.  You may be able to submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement.  We encourage you to check with your insurance provider.  Of course, we cannot guarantee the reimbursement as that is between you and your insurance provider.
